The Recruitment Company Limited is an employment/recruitment agency based in Myanmar and registered under the Ministry of Labor. We recruit and seek appropriate Burmese/Myanmar personnel for international companies and also cooperate with recruitment agencies internationally; Singapore, UAE, Qatar, New Zealand and Philippine to provide Asian manpower in the international market.

Established in 2005 in response to a recognised need for a professional manpower supply company in Myanmar, TRC’s aim is to fulfill this need. TRC is located at No.15/A/4, Kabaraye Pagoda Road, Mayangone Township, situated between Int'l chain 4* Micasa Hotel and Marina Residence, 3 Minutes drive from Int'l chain 4* Dusit Inya Lake Hotel, 5* Sedona Hotel and situated 15 minutes drive from Yangon Int’l Airport.
Occupying over 1,500 sq. ft. of 2 stories building of office, training and interview area. Staffed by a team of HR professionals and trainers, TRC is able to provide an excellent quality service to our clients.
For lodging and large interview, the Sedona Hotel, Micasa Hotel and Dusit Inya Lake Hotel are closely located the office.

Mr. Kyaw Kyaw Sint (Executive Director)
Kyaw Kyaw Sint’s HR career started with 20 Years experienced in government service as senior public relation officer. After the retirement from government services in 1999, he has established the Myanmar Shore Mariner Seafood Trading Co., Ltd follow by the Recruitment Company in 2005. He completed Bachelor of Art and Diploma in Business Studies form University of Economics (Yangon).
He possess strong entrepreneur mind, proactive approach and make things happen attitude.
