Front Office Operation Course
This qualification is suitable for learners already in employment as well as those wishing to enter the hospitality industry. This course develops essential skills such as guest care, security, health and safety, reception, reservation and front office procedures, accounting and telephone techniques. And also enable customer service staff to undertake their role more effectively, adding value to the customer experience.

Food & Beverage Service Course

And then develops learners' specialist skills such as gueridon, flambe and wine/cocktail provision.
